At Puerto Madero in Buenos Aires people scramble over the bridge

They are on their way to work at skyscraping multinational corporation offices, which have begun to block the view alongside the river. They are fortunate too, because at noon they can jog around the river front or trot along the green walkways. It’s a mega-corporation playground. But across the bridge looms the Argentine "Pink House," the presidential mansion, and as night falls beggars huddle up in nearby make-shift beds and tear into garbage bags to find a bite to eat...
