If you exercise your body, why not give your brain a workout?

“Movement is the door to learning,” according to Dr. Paul Dennison, Phd, who has helped develop a bain gymn program.

The Joyful Learning Center in Argentina promises to develop that idea in a workshop on “Introductory Brain Gym,” to be held August 2 in Buenos Aires.

Dr. Dennison has used brain gym at the Valley Remedial Group Learning Center in California in working with children and adults to help them overcome learning difficulties by turning obstacles into opportunities.

It is believed that learning blocks usually derive from a number of underlying energy imbalances in the Triune Brain structure which are often reflected in the body and are seldom addressed.

Therefore, balance and coordination should be at the heart of all academic learning. The idea of brain gym is to work towards an integrated brain, allowing the individual to have resources at his or her disposal to facilitate the learning of new things, change, confidence, creativity, growth, flexibility, among others.

The workshop in Buenos Aires will be coordinated by Gabriela Lombardo, who holds a degree as Sworn Translator from the University del Salvador, Buenos Aires. She is also a Yoga practitioner and Brain Gym Consultant.
