ELT Challenges: cuarto congreso nacional de desarrollo profesional para profesores de inglés

     Claro. En realidad, esta nota tendría que ser redactada en inglés. Pero el mundo es así. Siempre con alguna sorpresa. Además el cuarto congreso de este grupo se realiza en...la confitería Los Dos Chinos. Como no sabemos como redactar notas en chino, we will continue this article in English.

     The event, inspired by Dr. Omar Villarreal, is scheduled for July 30th and 31st, although the eager-beavers are going to sneak down to 780 Brazil street, in Buenos Aires, the day before to do a sort of warm-up Pre-Convention Seminar. Aside from talks, workshops and the like there will be a generous supply of books in English--for not-so-moderate prices--and, just to let your hair down, a show and other tantalizing events.

We might mention, however, that there will be a number of foreign faces heading lectures and workshops. Among them: Kathryn Curtis, B.A. of Kalamazoo College, Michigan, U.S.A., Dr. Jillian Weise, Ph.d in poetry at the University oc Cincinnati, U.S.A., and Carolina Echeverria, M.A. in applied drama in the community at the Central School of Speech and Drama, London.
